We provide a privacy notice to our customers who utilize our telephonic and face-to-face interpretation services. We protect personal and confidential information encountered during the interpretation process by maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that meet or exceed applicable law. All employees and interpreters who have access to personal information must agree to follow appropriate standards of security and confidentiality. We train our employee and interpreters on how to properly handle personal and confidential information and we restrict access to that information. Telelanguage does not collect or use customer confidential information without consent from all parties.

Telelanguage ensures its network of interpreters and translators are trained and certified using the most rigorous criteria. Modules include sections on legal proceedings and human services. Telelanguage has developed a level of institutional knowledge and streamlined processes that allow us to provide our clients worry-free service.All Telelanguage employees and field contractor assets carry one or multiple linguistic or translation certifications; degrees or advanced degrees; background and criminal history checks; or other industry certification and background experience validation or verifications in medical, financial, courts, corrections and other fields. Criminal history, background investigations and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) are in place with all staff and contractor staff to support a diverse range of customer needs before they are assigned to support our clientele.
